This fascinating French chess set was designed by the famous French maker called Chavet in the early 90s. The set was used during the iconic World Chess Championship in 1990(Lyon). Since then, the design has gone through many iterations but this early 90s version is one of the best chess sets ever designed in the Staunton style.

The reproduction is made from the original Henri Chavet Chess Pieces where we have put our efforts to make it exactly same as original design & dimensions and our skilled craftsman’s has done this splendid workmanship on every single chess piece respectfully.

The beautiful chess set pieces with the meticulously handcrafted knights are carved with perfection and expert precision. It has been designed to withstand the rigours of practical play while maintaining an elegance. The Chess Pieces are hand carved by our skilled master craftsmen and crafted out of highest grade exotic woods.
