Cancellation and Return Policy

CANCELLATION

 

If you wish to cancel, change or modify your order, you are requested to inform us immediately by call or email. Buyers can request for cancellation of orders only till the time they are not processed for shipping. After the order has been processed for shipping, we might not be to cancel. Buyer can only initiate a return/exchange for the item after receiving it.

If you have received the order and want to cancel it for any reason then we may request to contact us and return the order safely under the return policy before 30 days for full refund (excluding any shipping upgrades purchased by the buyer and any original shipping cost paid by the company in case of free shipping).

RETURN

 

We offer a 30 day return window on all our products. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions at info@chessvilla.com. All returns are paid back the same mode you made the payment i.e. if you have paid by PayPal then the refund will be issued to your PayPal account, if you have used your credit card to make the payment then refund will be issued to your credit card only. 

After the return is approved, the buyer must send the item back to our warehouse in India. After we properly inspect the item, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs of shipping the item originally to the customer.

* If you’ve received the product and it is damaged or wrong, we will send you the replacement FREE of cost.
* Items that have been used and opened or if it is not returned in the condition it was received then return will not be applicable.
* For any other reason other than damage product, if you want to return the item, we offer you a no questions asked return policy. You can return the item within 30 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
