Truly masterpiece. Sleek, elegant, massive, heavy, and beautiful. The bud rosewood, in particular, looks breathtaking when it catches the light. Honestly, it feels almost too precious to even play chess with—they are true works of art, and massive respect to the artisans who carved these pieces. The seller was also very kind and answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommended!
This board is even larger and more magnificent than I expected. Great purchase at such a great price. There is the vivid grain of the maple and bud rosewood, and the color subtly shifts depending on the angle of the light. The surface is beautifully finished with a gorgeous luster, making it smooth and perfect for moving the pieces. The seller was also very kind and responded quickly to all my questions and requests. Packaging was also satisfying. Highly recommended!
Beautiful Chess Set that has such a nice feel to play
Schöner als Bild. 100% zufrieden
I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. The product was very well packaged to prevent damage during transit. After receiving the product, the seller contacted me to ask if I was satisfied and if everything was okay.

Overall, this is a very nice chess set with good quality materials and a solid finish for the price. The pieces arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. My only minor observation is that one of the black knights appears to be missing a small carved detail, which may have been an artistic design choice rather than a manufacturing issue. In any case, it does not affect the appearance of the set significantly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase
A beautiful and well-crafted chessboard made from quality materials. The finish is excellent, and the overall presentation exceeds expectations for the price. It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
Very nice chess set with good quality materials and an excellent overall finish. The pieces feel solid and are well proportioned. The size is ideal for a 4.5 cm (1.77") square board, creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing setup. One thing worth mentioning is that the photos do not do the set justice. It looks much better in person, and the details, colors, and overall appearance are far more impressive than the pictures suggest. Highly recommended.
«100% recomendado. Si te gusta el ajedrez, estás en el lugar correcto».
Truly beautiful chess pieces!
Crafted with extreme care; the carved knights, in particular, are absolutely uniform. The pieces are superbly polished – the ebony, in particular, really shines. Every detail on the knights has been polished to perfection. The antiqued finish is very realistic and has an attractive colour that is sure to complement many boards beautifully. Mine certainly does :-)
One minor drawback: the white pieces are in all noticeably lighter and, in some cases, uneven. E.g. the white rooks weigh 47 and 35 g, the white pawns vary by 4 g between them; the kings weigh 76 g black and 54 g white.
Playing, I deliberately paid attention to whether this actually bothered me, and it doesn’t really. So I’ve decided that this is a sign of human craftsmanship and individuality. So the pieces are already very dear to me.
Excellent quality and craftsmanship! Very impressed! It’s so beautiful! Great customer service and care with shipping! I highly recommend this shop!

Beautiful chessboard. The finish is semi-gloss, and the size is perfect for pieces with a 3.5-inch king base. The package arrived well-protected. I ordered the board with square corners. Highly recommended.
