North America, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, India - FedEx/DHL Shipping - 4-6 working days.

Australia, New Zealand - FedEx/DHL Shipping - 5-7 working days.

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return window on all our products. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions at customercare@chessvilla.com

After the return is approved, the buyer must send the item back to our warehouse.

After we properly inspect the item, we will issue a full refund for the item.
